RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS:
BOOKING AGREEMENT
You may make reservations up
to two years in advance.
You can secure a HOTEL365
booking by telephone, quoting your own valid
credit/debit/switch/maestro card as a guarantee against all
costs incurred.
Please note that by quoting
your personal card details you are securing your booking and
entering into an agreement that gives HOTEL365 permission to
charge all service costs. room costs and any room damage
costs to your card, This charge will be done automatically
without notice however a breakdown of any such costs will be
available on request.
HOTEL365 reserves the right
to change, alter or withdraw any services or facilities offered
without prior warning if necessary. This clause covers all areas
of the hotel including entertainment which may be subject to
circumstances outside of the hotels control.
DEPOSITS
Booking deposits can be paid
by cheque, postal order, cash or card. Deposits must arrive and
clear in the HOTEL365's bank account at least seven (7) working
days prior to your arrival date. Any deposits paid or taken
are received in good faith and are non refundable.
CHECK-IN
All rooms must be paid for
upon arrival and prior to keys being released.
Should funds not be offered
upon arrival to cover all booking costs then HOTEL365 reserves
the right to use the quoted card details etc in attempt to
collect outstanding costs prior to pursuing other means.
Any deposits paid or taken are received in good faith and are
non refundable.
Any
credit/debit/maestro/switch etc. card payments received may
incur a surcharge to cover admin/banking/staffing/seasonal
costs.
Rooms are made available
from 2.00pm on the arrival date. An earlier check in time may
be possible if prior agreement has been obtained. You
are kindly requested to inform HOTEL365 of your arrival time to
help speed up check-in. Upon arrival you should note any
damaged or missing items in your room and inform HOTEL365 staff
immediately. The person making the booking is responsible for
all costs concerning lost or damage to HOTEL365 property.
All personal chattels are
the responsibility of the visiting guest and your own adequate
protection and travel insurance must be secured prior to
arrival. Valuables may be handed over to HOTEL365 Management for
safe keeping - please discuss your needs with Management prior
to or upon arrival. No responsibility can be accepted, for any
guests items after check-in has been completed and keys issued.
CHECK-OUT
Check out on the day of
departure is strictly 10.00 am. All Luggage and personal
effects must be removed from the premises upon departure.
Luggage may be left in the reception providing prior agreement
has been obtained however this is subject to circumstance and is
not a service. HOTEL365 cannot be held responsible for any
lost, stolen or damaged items whatever the circumstances.
HOTEL365 will automatically
charge the full cost of replacing or repairing any item of Hotel
property that is lost or damaged direct to the quoted
credit/debit card - however that loss or damage may have
happened.
CANCELLATION
HOTEL365 cancellation policy
is strictly 7 days notice prior to 12:00 midday on the day of
arrival. In the event of rooms not being cancelled HOTEL365
reserves the right to charge as if rooms were occupied.
Charges incurred will be up to 7 days from the nearest midday
12:00 point, dependant on the booking duration. Any deposits
paid to third parties will not be taken into account and is the
responsibility of the party concerned. The FULL cost of the
hotel room (s) will be charged.
HOTEL365 reserves the right
to claim full payment for any booking should guests fail to
arrive. If you cancel a booking or part of a booking after a
deposit or payment has been taken and/or payment has been
submitted into the HOTEL365's bank account or credit/debt
machine then you will lose all paid funds. Guests leaving the
hotel earlier than their original paid booking will be
responsible for the full amount of the original booking. NO
refunds will be given.
Should you secure a party
booking by Credit/Debit/Switch/Maestro etc. Card and any member
of the booking party fail to arrive - HOTEL365 reserves the
right to automatically charge the quoted card for the full
expected amount had all of the party arrived and fulfilled the
booking. You are requested to put any changes to guest numbers
in writing or e-mail with and request for confirmation prior to
7 days notice. Without 7 days prior to arrival confirmation we
reserve the right to charge full booking costs.
Any deposits paid to or
taken by third parties should be dealt with by the third party
concerned and HOTEL365 can not be held responsible for any
monies or any related correspondence, funds or charges taken or
produced by third parties.

Lawful
Standards and Behaviour
Management reserve the right
to ask any guest to vacate the premises without prior notice if
they feel that the health, safety or personal comfort or space
of others is being compromised. HOTEL365 will not tolerate any
remarks that are sexist, racist, inhumane, homophobic,
disrespectful to people with disabilities, or considered
degrading or upsetting in any manner to another guest,
This includes any Hate Speech and will result in immediate
termination of your accommodation without refund. HOTEL365
actively pursues full prosecution where appropriate. Any
infraction or damage said or done to any staff, guest, building
or contents will result in immediate termination of your
accommodation without refund and HOTEL365 pursuing full active
prosecution.
